I have been to this establishment a few times and each time I asked how much was the visit and ALWAYS told I didn't have a charge, except for one time when I asked about lab cost and I was told around $200-300. When I called to let her know that I had been billed after asking her if I would be charged her explanation was that she said I would not have a co-pay. This is not what I was told but even if I was told that - not having a copay means no payment as well. Any other establishments I have worked with tell me that you will have a charge and they are not sure because I have a deductible so they are unsure of the amount. I was never told this by her and I was under the impression my visits were covered. Only to find out after a few visits I now owe over $800 dollars. I do not have that kind of money just to be giving away. I asked because of this very reason. After I brought it to her attention she asked me to wait until she spoke with the manager and she would see what they can do. She then called me to say the manager asked her to let me know she think they could get it waived I just needed to send them the details. After I sent the details and few days later I get a text telling me that they checked with my insurance and it cannot be waived. I didn't ask for that- i know my insurance will not waive that- they are not the ones that told me there would not be a charge. I want them to honor what she told me or try to find a resolution. I feel that I have been mislead by this place from the beginning. I explain to the young lady, going forward if someone asks if they are being charge she does not say they have "no co-pay" - because to me that meant I was not being charged. Even though she literally said no its no charge.
