Our goal at Peloton College is to always display professionalism even when dealing with a variety of situations that *** occur on campus or in the classroom.

The reviewer initially enrolled into our *** Cybersecurity program under false information stating that their high school diploma was obtained. When we tried to verify the credentials, it came back that the reviewer did not have their high school diploma or GED credentials to stay enrolled in the *** Cybersecurity program. To still offer opportunity for a career choice, we shared the admissions requriements for the Medical Billing and Coding program that would be a possibility to fit with the options she had.

We administered the Ability to Benefit test and the reviewer passed. The reviewer agreed to enroll into the *** program. We explained the Career Pathway course as it is not a GED program but will be resourceful if anyone in the course wanted to obtain their GED. The only requirements are completing 225 clock hours of assignments and 12 assessments. We have signed documentation acknowledging so.

The reviewer became really rude to staff and faculty after an instructor that the reviewer liked resigned. The reviewer antagonized each instructor that came into class and attended both shift causing more disruptions. At Peloton College, we understand that decisions that are made will not always be agreed upon by everyone and the reviewer expressed how unhappy the situation caused them. We moved toward the decision to terminate after several meetings were held with the reviewer but a resolution was never displayed in the classroom.

We have offered and honored a full refund to the reviewer and removed all charges to resolve the issue. A Non-Disclosure Agreement was ***** initiated to resolve the issue as the reviewer continue to write negative reviews that are false and misleading.
