      I have called 3 times to set up appointment to have my partial adjusted! Left messages, no call back! Frustrating!

      I went to the ********* ***** location after speaking with a woman name **** a few days before. I Made it clear to her at that time that I only wanted a tooth extraction, was not interested in a comprehensive dental work up. She explained to me if Im not interested in the comprehensive dental work up it will be $334 to have the tooth extracted. She verified I would be there for the tooth extraction only, but they started the comprehensive exam. The Young lady *****, was very sweet and the miscommunication was not her fault fault. After spending over an hour of my time on my day off in this office, I was told they would not be able to do the extraction today but could reschedule me for next week. This is a very poor way to run a business I made it clear what I needed done, **** verified I may be there a couple of hours but we could get the extraction. *** stated to her I just wanted the tooth out of my head, she repeated that back to me which was a verification. I feel they are practicing in a very deceptive and unprofessional manner I will not be back.

      Do not honor their mission statement. Denturs don't fit. They are rude and unprofessional. I've tried many times to get an appointment for an adjustment but they are not cooperating. The whole experience from the very beginning has been stressful and very inconvenient. Still have not been seen for my adjustment. I'm in pain and getting no results

      They continue to send me bills for things. I already paid for or was supposed to be covered by the insurance..and the assistant kept trying to do my dental work even though I was in pain and asked her.to stop .she didn't stop.. When I asked her to.

      They need practice regarding customer service for the front desk people. They have no idea how rude they are. All you doing is verifying insurance. It doesn’t take so long. The office managers at the Hamilton and west side location are RUDE. They cut you off while you speaking and don’t understand sympathy. If you guys do not like people do not take jobs where you are dealing with people.

      Called Aspen dental to make appointment and ask about services. Was told X-rays and cleaning was free if no insurance. I have none so made appointment. Got there. They took X-rays. Put me in a cubicle and occasionally a person came into look at my teeth. Eventually the dentist came in and reviewed my X-rays. I was told that I had 13 cavities total in 6 teeth. Never had cavities before. After waiting again for a long time I was taken to talk to the office manager to talk about the care plan. She told me cleaning is not free. To have my teeth fixed was over 1600.00. I told them I wanted a second opinion. They offered to send my X-rays to that dentist. After 4 phone calls, the X-rays were never sent. Went to my regular dentist. Did the X-rays over. I had NO CAVITIES. I do not recommend Aspen Dental. And I was there over 3 hours just to get 10 minutes of X-rays
