On 9/17/23 I dropped off multiple items for dry cleaning at this store. The drop-off and pick-up is fully automated, so I did not work with anyone during the drop-off. I dropped off two full suits (one black, one navy blue), a dark gray pair of suit pants without the coat (the coat was getting repaired), and two suit vests (one gray, one dark blue). I dropped the orders separately. One drop was the black suit, one was the navy blue suit, and the other was the dark gray pants and two vests. I went in a few days later to find out that one of the orders was never registered in their system, and they claim that they do not have my navy blue suit. The owner refuses to show me the security camera footage that will show me packing three separate orders and dropping them individually. I would like compensation for the suit, or my property returned to me. This suit was what I was going to wear for my wedding on 11/04/23, but now, thanks to YellowBag Cleaners, I dont have a suit for my wedding and am scrambling to try to get one last minute.
