  Attorney ************* services rendered.False advertising No communication, poor communication and missed appointments Incorrect information sent to courts and advising me of things that aren't even happening No valid contact information -Everything is via txt No support staff, no call backs, avoids client contact. This is a fraud of scam. False representation, No representation, Advised me that she was doing nothing with my case when we spoke. There is still nothing documented from the courts from my court date on April, 25th 2023

  This client received the services he paid for. Due to certain issues that I am unable to discuss, representation has not been the easiest, but we have always done our best to accommodate him.  Prior to the complaint being filed, we reached out a few times and no response was had. After the complaint was received, we continued to reach out and to this day there has been no response back to my office. I am happy to resolve any concerns or issues, but I cannot do that if the client refuses to communicate.

  I am rejecting this response because: Bethel Zehaie a liar and fraud and she knows it. She has been playing with my life and assets for the last 2 years. I will be opening a complaint with the *** association on Judge *******************, ***************************** and ***************************, *************************** that is son therapist. The entire ******************** house. Domestic relations. I'm going make all of you famous. I can't get anyone to call me back. Regarding my son. I can't even go to the school they attempted to tresspass me b/c there is no updated paper-work. Game over

  * Date of transaction: 4/26/2022 * $500 * For Agreed Final Decree of Divorce package with instructions on how to present it, including a 2nd document I needed because my wife filed first. * Mrs. ****************** T. Zehaie has not completed the documents after a month and I have texted her all week and does not return any text messages.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  I paid for services that would take only a couple of weeks starting back in April 26th. After several texts and phone calls to *************, I finally received a "final draft" on May 26th with several mistakes. After May 26th, I could did not hear back from her even thru several attempts via text. 

    Only now that i submitted a complaint, i heard back from her and a 'FINAL COPY' of the decree which still has a mistake ( see attached of final draft and Final copy ) . I could not continue to wait after several attempts to reach her so i had to hire another attorney so i may move forward with the divorce. 

     At this time, i would like a full refund of $500 for services that were not rendered.
