      Back at the end of April I was scheduled to have HD Foundation to do some repairs on my home. After being paid a deposit up front, and being scheduled almost a month in advance our start date was canceled after 8pm the nite before. Maybe that should have been a sign but I ignored and preceded. After what seemed to be a good job I noticed extremely uneven concrete work in the garage where the washer and dryer were. It was very noticeably unleveled to the naked eye. I took pics and sent to the owner *********************** via texts as we normally communicated. It was so noticeably unlevel that he said I see what you mean and said he would have the guys come back and fix the next week due to the workmanship. This was on May 6th. Next week never happened. On May 16 I began calling and sending texts getting no responses. Again on May 21st finally a response that he was with a customer but would have his guys come out that weekend and wanted to make sure I was available and be there. Again no one showed or even called. Texted him again the following Wednesday May 22nd, no response. Called and texted him again Friday May 24th, still nothing. Called and texted again Saturday May 25th, still nothing. Finally on Monday May 27th he sent a text apologizing and saying he was going to send his guys that week. I asked what day and got no response. That never happened and still response to date. This is not good business. After spending several thousands of dollars you would expect good workmanship and service.

      We have contacted the customer regarding the concrete issues. We repaired the concrete issues on Monday 7/29 under warranty. At no charge to the customer.

      Foundation Warranty Repair Work On 6/17/22, HD Foundations Inc performed warranty work on 5 piers at the front left corner of our home.As the crew was performing the adjustment, I heard a loud snapping/cracking sound and the crew lead give a big yell to his crew to stop adjusting the piers.Then the Lead come inside me and told my husband and I that the adjustment was finished. We walked through the area of the home where the adjustment has been made and I immediately noticed that there were deep cracks around the window frames and along the drywall. The door to the bedroom no longer closed. The Lead told us that was normal after an adjustment and the cracks would close after the house settled. In subsequent weeks, I kept hearing cracking sounds and more cracks appearing in the drywalls in the rooms on the same side of the house where the adjustment was performed. The stone in our fireplace also started cracking. The baseboards are now separating from the walls.I contacted the engineer several times to come out and check to determine if the adjustment had been done correctly but he kept putting it off saying that the house was probably 'settling' due to 'seasonal movement' from the dry summer weather. He did come out about 2 months later and walked through the rooms and again told me the cracks were caused by the dry summer weather.About the 4th time I asked him to come check the foundation, he told me he "couldn't be making trips to our house every other month due to cracks in the drywall". I'm afraid they adjusted the piers too much and caused the foundation to be off balance causing the continued cracks.- I would like an apology from HD Foundations for making me feel like I was a 'bother' and wasting their time with my concerns.- To reinspect the work done and confirm it was done correctly.- I would like for the engineer to admit that maybe his crew made an error in adjusting the piers.- Compensate for the cost of the repairs for the damage done.
