      I bought a home with a transferrable lifetime warranty for foundation repair. I call and call to no response ever. The house is in need of foundation repair. I can see I am not the only person who can not get a hold of them or use the warranty.

      The foundation of my home has dropped approximately three inches across the back and side of my home. (Verified by another company.) I currently have a Lifetime Foundation Warranty with Mr. Foundation Repair. They refuse to answer calls, texts or set an appointment to review needed repairs after I sent them a copy of the warranty. I have made multiple attempts to contact them with no action from them taken. I am currently looking at approximately $15,000 in repairs for the foundation alone. This does not include plumbing, windows, inside repairs of walls, etc.

      I asked you for the plumbing report when you bought the house, you never gave it to me, they put additions to the house and in my contract, of course, it tells them any additions they put to the house, my warranty ends

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received no such request regarding plumbing or any other of these items. I purchased the home with the warranty provided. You did look at an issue back in October of 2017 because the back door would not close. Mr. ********************** sent one brother, who did not speak english, and ******, both who said the repairs were needed at no cost. Again, on 10/11/ 2017 it was stated that acknowledgement of repairs (regarding the door at that time) were needed at no cost. I was told the repairs were scheduled for the following Saturday and no one showed up. Multiple attempts to communicate were disregarded and communications included statements such as ****** saying he would take care of it after talking to *****. The company also offered to do the piers needed for a minimal cost of $350, then did not make repairs.

      These current repairs needed are on all 25 existing piers that were installed by Mr. Foundation Repair that have failed on their own merit. Since owning this house I have made no additions or remodels at all.  Mr. ********************** has seen the residence since my purchase and acknowledged that some repairs were required at that time (10/2017). Now major repairs are required and this is the first I am hearing of any of these items from the company. At no time when I communicated with them prior to now have these items been brought up or presented to me.

      I simply ask that Mr. Foundation Repair uphold their own Lifetime Warranty and pay for the repairs as they have and continue to be unwilling to repair themselves. I also respectfully request that no hostel forms of communication take place as they have today regarding this issue.

      We purchased a home in February 2018 that MR ********************** repaired in November 2017. We were given a Lifetime Warranty at closing when we purchased the home and were told it was a transferable warranty. (It is attached.) The warranty states that any repairs due to settling of the home will be done by the company for the life of the home. The company representative now states that it is solely for the person that initiated the repairs (seller) and that they are not responsible and will not repair the home after scheduling and not showing up for an appointment to see what needed to be repaired.

      This a****** lady I showed her the proofs that I have where I told them that they had to pay to transfer the guarantee and they didn't want to pay and now they say they want me to answer for the guarantee I have photos where the guarantee was canceled but they don't know how to read

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I was not told anything about transferring a warranty.  I was sent a screenshot of text messages that had nothing to do with buying a transfer of warranty.  I was only told that it was not valid because we did not initiate the service since it was the person who sold us the house.  Again, nothing about that is stated on the warranty that we were told was not valid.
