            On July 2nd I entered the company store located in ******** ***** for a bed and couch. Delivery was to be the 6th, however the living room was too small for the sectional. Now they are refusing to remove it from my payment plan. Im paying for something I dont need or want anymore. They did not list any prices on the invoice so the finance company says they dont know how much to take off and the merchant wont respond.

            We are a contract company that handles furniture repair. Regal Furniture asked us on occasion to handle their repairs. We provided our services a handful of times. The last two requests were never paid. They refuse to pay what is due my company, and refuse to return messages. Ive been in the repair business for 17 years and have never had another company treat me with this level of disrespect. I would seriously question whether you can trust them to sell you quality furniture, be honest with their warranty policies, or handle *********** needs. I expect more from a smaller business, and Regal Furniture has been a disappointment.
