I went to angel for a root touch up and color. my appointment was at 9am. I specifically instructed her to not cut any length of off my hair to not cut the bottom at all what so ever. Not to even take a CM off. she was suppose to cut my bangs and give me layers on the top layers of my head and to not touch the hair underneath. my hair was to my **** and after the appointment she took off a minimum 6 inches . I told her immediately what she had done and she argued stated she only took a little off the bottom and I told her she shouldn't have taken any. Also 6 inches isn't a little. My appointment lasted 6 HOURS! for a root touch up and cut. I told her at Noon that I needed to leave absolutely no later than 3pm to get my son from school since she was taking so long trying to tell her she needed to move forward. By the end I had to literally tell her to give me my purse so I can pay her so I can leave to get my son. she was pretty much holding me hostage. I didn't have time to argue with her or anything I have pictures proving all stated. she didn't let me pay her until 3:17. I cried for days, I tired to let it go but decided to call her to ask her why she did that to me and to come to some sort of resolution. I called it rang and she did not answer. I waited a few minutes called went straight to voicemail. called a few more times over the next couple of days straight to voicemail. She blocked my phone number. if she did nothing wrong why would she block my number. she isn't willing to talk and take responsibility. I suffer deeply from anxiety and depression. I've been growing my hair for over 8 years. I told her how nervous I was a over and over again because I've been doing my own hair for years scared the stylist would cut to much off my hair . she swore it would be okay and tried to comfort me . I have been traumatized and utterly distraught. she also messed up my bangs the are uneven and nothing like the pictures I showed her. the cut is just horrible. Please help
