This is the dirtiest salon I have ever been too, and thats not even the biggest problem. ******************* used dirty tools and gloves to complete my hair which resulted in my skin having a contact rash! My face has red spots where she touched with dirty gloves during the process. The gloves were discolored and torn, and were disposable so should not be reused, especially in between multiple clients. When I called her about this, she said sorry, we ran out of gloves That is not acceptable. If you dont have safe, clean tools, the business needs to be closed. She also tried to use a dirty comb on my hair with another persons hair visible. I had to stop her and request another comb. She grabbed another, loaded with dirt, and sprayed alcohol on it then continued. Her nails are loaded with dirt underneath that she scrubbed my scalp with. The entire salon is gross with dirt, hair, and chemicals everywhere. There is no AC or ventilation so I almost passed out and had to leave the shop multiple times for fresh air. The nail salon is just as bad. Disgusting tools with no sanitation going on. I had to ask for alcohol spray and even then I was ignored twice. The posted license on the first door to the left expired years ago. My nails chipped less than 24 hours later and my hair cut is uneven and streaky, brassy, color applied unevenly. I called to discuss my concerns and they said they sorry I can come back. Why would I pay for child care, gas, and waste my time to drive to a dirty salon that is incapable of completing basic services, at outrageous prices. This doesnt excuse them or any of the other unsafe procedures. I spent $260 to get a rash, be exposed to chemicals, and look worse than I did when I entered. I am disgusted and reporting to the health department as well.
