I actually loved the staff and have had improvement with my nerve pain. I would have kept treatment up. The first day I went for information I met with the director, *********************. I watched a video and we then talked. He told me that ******** would pay 100% for my treatments and also that if I received a **** from them not to worry, it would have been in error. That is the reason I agreed to the treatments. I know as a recent transplant patient with many bills and medications I cannot afford 20% of each treatment cost. My secondary insurance only pays after I meet a $3000 in network out of pocket deductible. I started the treatments in April, never received a **** or was asked to make payments. In June I started receiving bills. At first I didn't bother with them because of what ************** told me but they kept coming. I now owe $1113.75 that I cannot afford. I have discussed with their billing department but have received no help. I am worried about my credit and feel defraudedBusiness response

Regarding the complaint filed by ***** *******, this has been addressed by our **** *** **** ***** and rectified.
**** ******* had not reached out to directly to our office and discuss her concerns, however, she did reach out to our billing department. Or office was made aware of this issue and by our billing department and we reached out to **** ******* and addressed her concerns and offered her a financial hardship plan, in which she agreed, and her balance was adjusted accordingly.
