Their Tech was hired to replace belts on 3 air conditioners. We were charged one $481 and the work was shoddy. 2 weeks later one of the ** stopped working so we called them. They charged another over $300 and said the condenser motor and hyper security switch needs to be replaced for a cost of over $2300. Sounded suspicious so we got a second opinion and found out that the belts were installed incorrectly and were loose. We had to hire another company to fix the shoddy work and got the condenser motor replaced for less than one third the price. We brought it to their attn but but disagree and shrugged me off. Their charges are beyond ridiculous Their tech was barely at our facility for 30 minutes but charged us for **** hours plus fuel charge plus misc supply charge. Most other companies charge a flat fee for diagnosis but not these folks. Felt Gouged and taken advantage of but their Vp could not care less thous we have pictures to prove the shoddy work
