I purchased my home on 12/15/21. My entire home had to be rewired, my walls were only Primed with no paint. The door k**** are poor quality and they werent installed properly. My sink in the half bathroom was being secured with a piece of cardboard so it didnt fall. The weather seal on the front and back door came off with in the first 3 months. The shingles on my roof are glued down and not individually nailed and DR ********************** has done nothing. The back door doesnt close properly. I have a sprinkler line that was never finished. They just covered it with dirt but as soon as the sprinklers came on that line created a hole in the ground. I was promised gutters would be installed and that never happened. The concrete in my driveway is already chipping away. The floors in the hallway that goes to the front door are uneven. I take some of the blame because I should have did my homework on DR ********************** but they truly ****. The superintendent will gaslight and down play any and every situation to defend DR **********************.
