              My house built by DR ********************** is not even 4 years old it was built in 2020 as we closed in Nov. and I had to repair my roof first and than a couple months ago I paid out of my own pocket because I had damage again to my roof so I replaced the whole roof. These homes are a joke. My floors are bubbling, you can see right under my front door, carpet is coming apart at the seam and my upstairs vent has a wet ring around it on the ceiling, dryer vent outside is broke. I have a receipt for first repair and than 2nd replacement.

              DO NOT purchase a DR ********************** home. We fell for it after reading several negative reviews. The local sales agent told us and other buyers a fence was going in once our building was completed. Once we paid for the home, we were told NO FENCE is going in. We purchased the home under false pretenses and are now forced to take legal action. This complaint belongs to your Eagle Mountain, UT team. DR ********************** would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how you treat your buyers. What a racket! The only reason you got one star was because there was no option to leave ZERO stars.
