Visited this Clinic for Sleep Apnea, one 15 minute talk with a Doctor. Received a **** and payed it. They reported me to a collection agency. The ***************** won't call the Clinic to have this error removed nor will the Clinic call the *****************. It is now affecting my credit.Business response

The patient was seen (copies of his office visit and paperwork is attached) on February 2, 2021.
His insurance was filed and went to his deductible. We wrote off the contracted adjustment, leaving his balance at $171.17 (a copy of his EOB is attached). Please note the patient also receives notices from his insurance company on his claim status.
He was sent statements monthly, 6 in total, with no response. A copy of his statements are also attached.
He was turned over to collections on 07/01/2021 with the ***************** sending him a notice on 07/08/2021. He, in turn, paid the ***************** on 07/21/2021.
The patient did not pay his **** until he was turned over to collections.

I am rejecting this response because:You say I paid but the collection agency says I havent. You need to call them and get this cleared up.
