      I ordered a scope from them in December of 2023. I received it and realized that I would not be using the scope. I requested a return from them and sent it back. Credit was never issued and they claim that a "fake" item was returned. This is impossible as I never even opened the box containing the scope. I feel like this business is either selling fake items or taking advantage of customers when they return items. I asked for the "fake item" back and was refused that as well. I believe this business is a scam. I have supporting documents via email from them if they try and refute this, and can post them on here.

      I ordered a scope on January 9th and it was never delivered. I requested a refund and the website they use shows it delayed. 11 months later they claim *** delivered it on the 12th of January and yet the website they use still shows delayed. They show me now a delivery receipt with a bogus signature that is not mine and claim this is proof I received it. I guess they are good with there customers being ripped off.

      The customer did not attempt to contact us at anytime, until this BBB complaint. After working with the postal service and ******* we are unable to review/track the details of this order as they do not keep data longer than 4 months. Due to the details presented, and the timeframes, we have no ability to review the situation further and we cannot issue a refund after such a delay in order and communications.

      ********************* I had numerous internet conversations with ************************* and another person at Weby Corp. The claims of no contact to resolve this is purely fraudulent as I did not pick this name out of a hat.

      I purchased a New-in-********************* Pocket Cinema Camera 4k from GritrSports (Weby Corp/1800GEAR.COM) on 10/29/2021 for the amount of $1266.70. The item arrived and the box had been opened, the camera appeared to be used with dirt scuff marks, dust on the lens, scuff marks on the lens and dust on the air vents on the camera. There was a missing 110v power component, and the power supply was unwrapped. The supplied software was open as the seal was broken. I sent pictures as requested by ********************************* and ********************* for a RMA; which was approved and I sent the camera back, requesting a New-in-Box camera sent as I had paid for.I had found the *** (************************* - #************) of the companies contact information on the website (https://gritroutdoors.com/about-us/ ) and had contacted him before purchasing, as the **************** team was not honoring a 10% discount for the item as shown on ********* After back and forth with GritrSport's customer service agent, ******************************* via email and phone, she finally called back and finalized the sell by phone. After that incident, the first shipment was sent that was described above as an open box, and a used camera.Before the replacement purchase was sent for this open box, used camera, ********************************* sent me pictures which showed the item was sealed in plastic wrap from the manufacturer. I accepted that and she indicated the package would be sent the following day, November 13. According to the *** tracking, it was not shipped out until November 15.Today, Friday, November 19 at 10:31am, I received the order, and when I opened the shipping box, it revealed the product box inside was not sealed, yet again. I took out my phone and recorded this as I had received pictures from ********************************* which showed the box sealed. The software was unsealed.Co. *** refuses to send a new sealed product as I paid for. The company has no right to send me an open, unsealed box/software when I have paid full price.
