I signed up for a survey with 40$ payment after 5 weeks. I used the product for 3 and was willing to use it for the last 2. I had slight irritation nothing serious and was still using the product. I'm basically being told I won't get compensation.Business response

Hi ********,
While we thank you for your participation in this product test. We ask you to please discontinue use. As with other products, if you experience any irritation or discomfort, or if the product gets in your eyes, immediately rinse off and discontinue use. Seek medical attention if necessary. Then report the incident to ***** at *-************, extension ***. While the irritation may be slight, we do not want you to continue to use the product.
For payment, I am not sure who told you would not get payment, but this is false. All payments go out the following Monday after you survey was completed. I do show you are on the list to be paid today and would receive the e-gift through ****** in the amount of $40. Please be on the lookout from an email from ***********************************.
