If possible I would give them negative stars we bought this Ice Bear Trifecta Pst150-2, from the First day that we received it had problems the seat wouldnt open had to call them only to find out that they didnt have any warranty in ****** they told my husband that he would have to fix and they sent him a video still didnt work then I talked to a mechanic he told me what to try and once again didnt work they were supposed to send us a ignition switch and never got that either! The Trike only had 3 miles and the trike started making all kinds of noise and called them again they told my husband to spray grease on it! They said it was. Chain problem how can that be with 3 miles! **** disappointed we got ahold of them again they were supposed to talk to the manager about how to send it back and get are Refund and never heard back called over and over and no response!! Would never suggest that anyone buy terrible customer service and all you get is a run around!

If I could give them a half star I would. I bought a go cart in December and received broken parts and it has not ran correctly since we received. I told them that I needed new parts. They send me the wrong parts and when I ask for my money back they stop responding. Do not purchase anything from them. It is junk and they will not care if it doesn't run!

After reading the majority of the reviews, I am so irritated with these non-professional, non-communitive A.....zz people. I order a 3 wheel Feb 10th, spoke with ******** who took my order. Prior to me ordering, I was calling her to get additional information and really just verifying the information from what was on the website, like receiving the scooter within 7 to 10 days, but more closer to the 10 day ***** Today is March 15th, I have not received the scooter, nor my money back yet. Communication is awful, unless you call no one reaches out with updates or anything, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, everyone has a different f...kin answer, the tracking number that was given to me, ******************* has no knowledge of it. Not to mention, when I was placing the order there was not an issue with them getting my money. It's interesting that all the times I've been calling I have gotten attitude because I keep calling, I won't stop. I agree with what everyone has said they have horrible customer service. What I can say, is that this is far from over.. I wish I would have looked at the reviews first, and just went with my first mind. When is AWW order from Amazon.

My name is ******* Word. I purchased a motorcycle over the phone from Arlington Power Sports in Arlington *****. The order number is *****. I paid for expedited shipping. I received the motorcycle pretty quick. That wasn't and hasn't been the problem. It has been 3 weeks since I got the bike and have not received a **** of sell or mco. I have been stressing over this and loosing sleep. I don't like being jacked around. I contacted the company for a tracking number and the parcel was sent to ******* to come back to *********. I'm not sure why after I had already paid an expedited fee. I'm not so sure I didn't purchase a stolen motorcycle. Just a note to others, do not waste your money with this bull c*** company. Very poor customer service and don't expect to be able to ride your bike anytime soon. I no longer want the bike and they can come get this bike and refund my money. I paid around $4300 for this bike and it's a yard ornament now. I hope the BBB can assist me in this matter.

These are the ones they share on ******** trying to deceive people into thinking people are happy with their customer service.This company is garbage. They lie and steal. They tried to bribe me to take down my reviews in exchange for warranty parts and I wouldnt, so they blocked me from commenting on their ******** post and ads. Then asked me not to email them anymore.Dont spend your money with TX Power sports! Do plenty of research from ****** reviews to ********! You will find they are just the trashiest group of people in Arlington TX!
