      Contract signed on 5/21/24 and was to be $3800.00 3 payments of ******* they charged my card for $1304.66 1st payment next 2 were to be when they pickup & deliver. Date to pickup 7/10 or 7/11 as rain date. No one would confirm pickup or delivery date on 7/8 & 7/9 I called at 4:30 on 7/10 and they wanted to move to another date and that would not work for me ( had to pickup son at airport on the 12th).They told me maybe the 12th there driver missed there flight to be able to get it the 11th so I was in panic mode and going to have to try something else. Found and secured another company to come pickup on 7/11 and deliver to NC on 7/12. Proceeded to call back Omega at 5:39 on 7/10 and told them I had secured a company to pickup on the 11th and deliver on the 12th. they told me they were still working on trying to get help to make my move but nothing was for sure. The next day I called and was requesting a refund they said they would check on getting a refund.Did not hear anything so I called on 7/17 to inquire on refund was told it was sent to there office to be refunded. Then on 7/31 I called and talked to ******************************* and she said the refund was processed and should be back on my card I told it was not back on card. She was checking on it and get back to me. today on 8/5 still not back on card and have called twice and was sent to voice mail. Conclusion is I would like my refund of $1304.66 back on my card.Thanks

      Refund was submitted. However, it can take up 60 days to get the funds back to you account that depends with your bank. You can also file a dispute with your bank if it is taking longer than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks

      This moving company delivered our possessions 40 days late. When the truck arrived the boxes were all crushed and multiple items were damaged. The loss is overwhelming. The carelessness of this company must be addressed. They should not be in business any longer. They dropped our piano off the truck. It was witnessed and reported to the ******************************

      We informed you countless times that you could file a claim for any damaged item(s) but you never did. Please reach out to one of our customer service agents and request for a claim form so we can get the process started for you.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have contacted the BBB to inform them of the concerns with this business, in large part to help prevent other people from being victimized by their incompetence.  I would like to know if there are formal processes the BBB can do to protect consumers from this company.

      I signed a contract with omega relocation to move approximately ***** boxes between ***************** and nyc. I was told that the boxes would be picked up on June 7 and arrive in the week of June 10. On their recorded phone line, I communicated with them that I would only sign the contract if they could guarantee a delivery date. They reassured me they would honor this request. The boxes were never picked up on June 7 and I had to contact them numerous times to get my boxes picked up. After a lot of stress and being on the line with them for hours they finally picked up the boxes. I reached out to them multiple times about when the boxes would delivered. They always told me they would give me a call back but never did. Right now when I call, my calls are sent my calls directly to voicemail. I currently do not know the status of my boxes and whether they are safe and when they will arrive and have no way to communicate with the company.
