I bought a new Blazer EV from VC on May 3, ******************************************** my garage. I started my first charge with the new station on 5/11/2024. After about 2 hours of charging I felt of the cable and it was so hot it burned my hand.I brought the car back to VC a few days later at 10:00 a.m.and asked them to check the charging system after explaining my concern. The service representative, named ***********************, said it would take 1 or two days since I had just bought the car.After 2 days I visited them, and she said it might another day to finish the check.On the third day I went back to VC and tried to find the same lady. I saw her behind a car in one of the service bays, talking to a mechanic. I waited for about 5 minutes for her to come out and when she did, she spotted me and quickly returned back to behind the car and continued to talk to the mechanic.After waiting another 10 minutes another person came up and asked if I was being waited on, I said 'no'. The lady saw me talking to who must have been her manager and she quickly came over and started telling me that they had finished the diagnosis and that all was fine.I told her and the other person I wanted my car right now.I received car, it was VERY hot inside, must have been sitting in the parking lot for the entire time.When I got home, I noticed that there was about 25 more miles on the car than when I delivered it earlier and the charger I brought along for evaluation was never removed from the trunk. My experience with VC service was very disappointing and I hope that the person that avoided and lied to me about my new car is no longer employed there because I certainly won't be leaving my car with them if she is still there.MC
