I returned some items to Petmate and I sent them back per their requirements. I thought I would get me money back but it didn't come. So, I called and they said I had to wait 7-14 days. After 16 days and not getting my money back. I contacted them again they said I had to wait ***** hours to hear from them. 4 days later I still have not heard from them.Review from Charles B

On Petmate's shipping policy says:5. Tracking your order:a. The tracking number will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout when the order leaves our warehouse. Simply click on the link provided in the email to track your package.But since January 30th ********************************************************************* updated the order page on their website as they clearly stated on their Shipping Policy. The customer do not have options or any way to track its orders because they do not notify the customers regarding the shipping detail. If case they never shipped our orders there is no way for the customers to know. This is clearly a fraudulent act and the we customers lost our trust to this company. **************** is so bad. They need to fix this and start sending shipment confirmation to the customers to keep the customers updated.Review from Linda D

I ordered 2 fish mate F14 Automatic feeders. Instructions say to test the feeder 14 days prior to leaving for vacation. I found this a bit odd but followed instructions. Because the feeder takes up to 2hrs to dispense the food we assumed all was good and went on vacation. When we returned home we found the feeder NEVER dispensed any food. The battery was new and instructions followed but our fish were NEVER fed!!This fish mate 14 self feeder is a joke and customer service is ridiculous and not at all helpful.I will NEVER trust any of their fish feeders again!Review from dana m

I made a purchase, thank goodness I used Paypal. The invoice that Paypal sent had a persons name on it, not Petmate. When I went on the Petmate website the next day, it said they did not have the item I purchased but they still charged my bank account. Called Paypal today to file a dispute. Tried calling Petmate many times and got no answer. DO NOT do business with this company!Review from Stephen H

Horrifying bad customer service. They hang up on you when they realize they might have to do some work, but when they don't hang up, they are olympic level passing the buck athletes, where they blamed me, my state, the mailman and pretty much everything that wasn't responsible.The issue is that I bought three of their carriers and all three were so poorly made from 'durable plastic' that picking up an EMPTY kennel with the handle causes the top dome to crack because the 'durable plastic' doesn't have the ability to support the weight of the kennel!Even if Reddit claims these are good carriers, DO NOT BUY. They are deeply irresponsible.
