Club pilates $159/8 classes. I caught covid in Aug 2021, fell twice b4 hospital&then went to rehab. out of rehab couldnt walk, was off o2. During this time contacted studio&was told at they couldnt freeze or cancel me over phone. I had no way to leave to come in I explained&could not walk. after days they finally froze me in Sept of last year. stayed in contact w/the studio-didnt want to be charged. I agreed to a freeze amount of ********************************* Mar2022 when I realized I was charged but frozen Jan-Mar. studio told me I was incorrectly unfrozen. they contacted ****** to refund me the money. This was 3/9- I continued to contact them weekly she finally called me 4/25.She wont give my money back she only would give me credits. I explained I liked coming, but had no idea of if I would be able to come back physically/I was still under drs care&couldnt walk on my right leg. she didnt mention cancellation just credits. I was more foucsed on my health then this situation so it allowed them to take advanctage of me. I told her I would like to contact her back before I was unfrozen in July w/out notice I was unfrozen. I talked w/the manager&they refunded me. i received txt that I would be unfrozen again on 8/22 starting 8/29 through a txt message- I replied 20 min later please dont unfreeze me,they replied "ok have a good night at 8:14pm that day"&proceeded to charge me again.8/28 I asked for a refund&was told they couldnt do that w/out approval. I explained I had been going thr this freeze/charge me at will too long&I needed the money back or I'd cancel. they told me to cancel I would not get August back but I was tired of them fraudulently charging me at will.I cancelled< 9/5. I got an email confirming on 9/14.i explained to the mgr &through text they had 3months fr me at the beginning of the year&the month for August. I didnt talk to ****** after July-she refused &had the mgr call me to say she had no commenton the 3months she owed me&they were keeping AugCustomer response

Canceled membership effective 4/20/22 but Club Pilates charged me another $127 on May 21st, and another $89 on same day. I called the club and she said those transactions were made in error so they'll credit that back the same day. I waited 2 days and didn't see any credit so I went ahead and filed dispute with credit card company. Now they're keep sending payment reminder and threatening to send to collections. When I call billing phone# they don't have any cancellation record. Local club is hard to reach real person but when I do, the person says "The owner has to take care of it and it's out of her hand" and tells me that she'll get it fixed by the end of the week. but this has been going for few weeks now and I'm afraid biling department will take it to collection agency
