    I signed up for a one year membership in June 2022. I made my first payment on June 2, 2022. In mid June 2023 I went into the store and asked to cancel my membership. I was told I had one more month to pay. I was charged again on July 4th. On July 19 at 2:14pm, I called them and asked to cancel my membership. I was told that the manager would contact me and send me a form to fill out. On July ****************************** sent any forms, so I sent an email to the business informing them that I wanted to cancel my membership as soon as possible, and that I did not want to be charged for the upcoming month of August. I locked my credit card so that they could not keep charging me. They attempted to charge my card on August 3rd. I called the business on August 3rd and again requested to cancel my membership. I stated that I did not want to be charged for the month of August, as I had been trying since July 19th to cancel. I was told that I would not be allowed to cancel my membership unless I made a payment for August. I unlocked my card and made the payment for August. On August 4th a cancellation form was emailed to me. I mailed the cancellation form to them on Monday, August 6th. They told me they did not receive it. I sent the form by email on August 13th, to 2 different addresses, one being the manager's email, and the other being the email listed on the cancellation form. I have not heard from the business yet. I sent emails asking if my cancellation form was received and asking for confirmation that it was submitted. No one has replied to me. I am attaching proof.
