Najjar Brothers lost a large portion of my belongings when they were delivered to my home in *********. This included a screen for a treadmill that they surprised charged me extra for - so now the treadmill is useless. They also required me to sign their delivery forms and pay them before they would unload the truck. I immediately informed them my items were missing before they left my home and attempted to follow up with them multiple times via phone and email. They have ignored my requests and have not delivered my items nor contacted me in any way, despite previously contacting me regularly before the delivery.I've also not been able to file an insurance claim because I have no way to find out what their insurance is. The broker that connected me with them, ************************ (a ******* company) has not been responsive either.

These people overcharged my move and severely damaged my items. I was quoted by a broker for a move to be about $7200. When Najjar movers showed up, they said the price would be over $9000 and had to be paid "in cash" right then. After I paid them, they took my things and left without saying bye. They still had many items to pack. After an hour they finally answered my calls and said they would return the following day but this would be an extra $700 charge.Soon after this, they completely stopped answering my calls for nearly 3 weeks. I had to hire a lawyer to send them a demand letter to respond to me. Many of my items were delivered damaged, missing or inoperable. They literally dropped my things off in the back of a UHAUL truck. The items looked like theywere thrown on top of each other. My mattresses had brown stains throughout them, my two TVs were shattered, my Peloton no longer worked. My expensive artwork had a bend in it through the middle. My table was cracked through the sides. I'm missing several boxes of shoes and suits. I have a detailed inventory list of what was missing or damaged. They all total to close to ******. These people likely won't answer your calls and likely will change their name soon since they are an LLC. Never work with these people or any mover who demands cash and speaks in a middle eastern language. They are crooks.

8/1 or 8/2 promised pick up, delivery 8/3. Original quote 950 deposit, **** at pickup, total ******* They promised timely and professional services, with disassembly and assembly of furniture. Itemized inventory. Expert advice. Additionally, electrical outlets were promised in the back of the truck for our two deep freezers. None of this was provided. They showed up multiple days late without communication. They arrived in flip flops, dropped multiple fragile items, damaged our walls and floors. The truck that was delivered was a Penske truck with two other households in the back and we were told that everything would be unloaded into a warehouse (discovered to a self storage u haul) night for safety reasons. The truck did not have electricity. We agreed to the move because we were guaranteed delivery within two days (and contents in freezers are usually okay after two days without being disturbed.) They demanded +$1158 for pickup.Once they had our belongings (and money), they were unreachable for five days. Upon their eventual arrival on 8/5 (days after the original agreement), they demanded more money and held our belongings hostage. We negotiated a $500 discount due to the delay of delivery, but that was not easily come by, as they continued to demand another $1158 The items delivered were in ruins. Every piece of furniture was damaged, ripped, scratched, or completely broken and unusable. EVERY box and tote was opened and rummaged through. There are loads of missing items. Importantly, we had two deep freezers that were destroyed. One had a half-side of beef, and another had over ***** ounces of breast milk, all contents were putrid and rotten. Our mattress had a plastic cover, which was somehow removed, and heavily stained with blood and decaying smells. They refused to provide the Bill of Lading, receipt of payment, insurance information, or inventory. The Najjar Brothers remain unreachable. We paid a total of $4606 to essentially get robbed.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!!! I cannot express how terrible, frustrating, embarrassing, exhausting, and unprofessional my whole move was. I had originally paid ************************ $1289 as my deposit. I should've cancelled when Najjar ***** were three days and four times late for pickup but I had already moved across country and had my back against the wall. I asked for my stuff from storage and kept getting "dispatch will call you to schedule" but it took WEEKS for anyone to schedule anything. Then finally the owner(?) called and said he was flying someone out from ** and to "kindly, kindly" keep in touch with him and be patient and be prepared to pay the remaining amount. I was wayyy overcharged (****) for pickup because of my cu sqft but nobody actually measured. I didn't get a copy of the contract, bill of lading, sticker log, etc. At 11 pm Thursday night, I got a text that my stuff is coming Friday evening. This left me little time to prepare (I had an eye appt) but was so happy to just have my stuff. It ended up being $700+ than what was quoted earlier that night. These BOYS showed up in ****** slides, no dolly, no paperwork, and hours late. Everything that wasn't in a box is pretty much broken/damaged. I was on the street unloading for HOURS crying in front of my building security guards who eventually helped me carry my stuff. These boys charged me a $300 walking fee for over 75 ft to my door (my leasing team measured the distance for me and I was scammed on that too) and then hired a HOMELESS MAN to move my stuff to my door!! I could not believe how UNPREPARED and UNPROFESSIONAL this whole thing was. I told them nobody off the street needs to handle my stuff or know where I live so one kid actually understood my concern and sent him away. I was thankful for the help but the fact that I just paid $300 to get these two boys to move my stuff and they go behind my back and somehow arrange a deal with a man off the streets is ridiculous.

We used a broker, ********************** to set up a pick up of our household items to move them from ***************, ** to *******, ** - they charged us approximately $3,800. They in turn hired a third party company, Najjar Brothers, to do the loading, transport and unloading of said items. They arrived on Thursday, July 28th with a truck already containing items belonging to another party and loaded as much of our items as would fit and collected a payment of approximately $3,000. They told us they would need a bigger truck and for an additional fee of $3,700 with a balance due of $2,568 when the items were delivered. They loaded a UHaul truck we rented with most of the remaining items and put them in storage, explaining they would come back to reload all of our items onto one larger truck. On Sunday, July 31st they arrived at our house in ** with a truck containing most of our items, and told us they had 1 hour to put everything in the garage although the agreement was that furniture would be carried into the house, beds set up, etc. We had to argue with them to get them to agree to do that and they insisted we pay them the $2,568 in cash before they would do anything. They unloaded very carelessly, dropping boxes, damaging corners of wood furniture. 3 glass shelves to our China hutch were shattered, our 60" TV had a shattered screen, pictures were dented. We took photos of everything and sent them to Brinks. Our kitchen table top and an antique ********************* table are still missing. They were rude and careless and when we discovered the broken TV and missing items we called the police to get a report prepared. Today is August 7th and we still have no kitchen table or console table and have had to replace items of furniture. We are out thousands of dollars and are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of care and poor service by this company. We have filed a claim with the insurance company Brinks uses.
