The week of 4/10/25 my father and I wired $13,545.06 including $500 deposit. We purchased the car online and "as is" from ***** and had it shipped up to his house in *************. They misrepresented the car in so many ways-everything from strategically taking photos so dents would be hidden from the lighting, to outright lying on its condition. They also still have not sent the title to us as of 4/30/2025. When asked multiple times, with three different salesman ***** ******* and ****) over multiple calls, they assured me that everything they were telling me is truthful about the car. Even small, but costly lies such as the car having only the spare key, not having the manual, missing bolts and screws. The tires were changed before shipping the car up to us and definitely weren't the ones seen in the phtoos, they're so bald they won't pass inspection. The side rocker panel is completely broken and is missing 75% of the bolts to even hold it on. The radiator is completely shot and pours fluid even when not running, the fuse box is broken. It's missing other various parts and plastic covers, lug nuts etc that we were told REPEATEDLY and also shown in photos to not hav these issues. We understand we bought a used car and its going to have problems. That is expected. But when we asked many times about issues, we just kept being lied to about its condition, otherwise we 100% would not have purchased the vehicle and spent another $1,700.00 shipping it here! And the lies about other deal breakers though like having two keys and a manual is just not acceptable! We paid full asking price as well and got a lemon. Their ** and employees have been rude since contacting them about the issues and just keep repeating it was bought as is even though it was severly misrepresented and lied to multiple times clarifying details about the car. Worst experience and dealership ever!

I purchased a vehicle on 12/6/24 and on 12/16/24 it developed a rod knock. I tried contacting the dealership, but they told me to kick rocks and would not try to work with me at. They also misrepresent the vehicles they have on the floor, I believe using a bait and switch tactic to bring people there. The photos that are attached show another gs350 I saw and there was evident accident damage, however they dont list it or show it.

I purchase a vehicle from this company and everything seem fine about the car and I realized I was getting a really good deal and was very excited about my purchase. What made this experience so bad that *** come here to make a complaint is they never told us ( my disabled husband and I ) anything was wrong with the car. We drove it home and three days later the battery was dead. called the dealership to tell them what was going on. They told us that we needed to bring the car back to them so they could put a new battery on it. we couldnt even get it to crank. How was we supposed to do this?. We put a charger on the car and got it to crank and I just drove to my local parts house and bought a battery myself and I had them put it on. Another three days later the car did the same thing. Called the dealership again to find out what was going on with this car and what It was doing. all they would tell us was the car was sold as is and wouldnt offer any other information. I Called my son over. He discovered that the battery terminals was not tight on the vehicle so we fixed that. the car lasted a week with no issues and then one day it was just dead again called the dealership again asking if they could do anything to help us fix this problem. All they told me was the car was bought as is again, which I understand. It is a used car but something could be done to help us. I have called a local dealer to have them look at the car they have told me there are multiple electrical issues with the car that need to be fixed and my Shop bill will be over $5000 to fix it. I have called the *** auto again asking for some type of help so I can get this issue fixed and all they keep saying is, it was a used car and sold as is. I know there are several laws for this issue and would like for it to be corrected.

My check engine light was reset as after test driving and driving off in the car it came on. I called them and was advised that it was an old code that just had not come up yet, so I was asked to come back for them to look at it. At which point, It was cleared AGAIN! Because by the time I made it home it was back on. I called and spoke with the manager ***** who asked me to stop at autozone to see what it reads. I called him back and gave the codes and he said not to worry, they'll take care of it. It read 2 codes for the transmission issues with the car and when it came on it had a slight draw back with it so I knew the code was right. So I had it towed in to them 8/6 and not risk breaking down. I then found out that my loan was canceled as all of the paperwork was not completed properly. So I let them know they can keep the car and refund my down payment. The manager initially asked me to come in for a check refund. I then had to call back and was told they're not refunding my money. They have the car and no contract. I spoke with the lein holder and they said there's no loan, so there's no reason for them to keep the car. I even offered them to keep the money for the registration as they had to complete that part when I did the paperwork. I'm asking for my down payment to be returned as they will sell this car and get their money twice and I cannot get another one without it right now.

On 1/24 i went up to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and put $1700 down. the rest was paid with a check from Navy Federal as i was trying to finance the car. Less than 20 minutes after leaving the car broke down on the side of the highway and had to be towed back to the dealership (another $300 i had to shell out). I spoke to the manger who agreed to send me a check for my down payment along with the ***************** check. I called for an update to make sure it was sent and a different manager basically told me it was my fault the car engine failed and that i mustve been driving the car in the wrong gear, causing it to fail. He is now refusing to send me my bank check and down payment, hung up on me mid conversation, and is now refusing my calls. Im now out a total $2000 of my own money (for the deposit, down payment, and tow truck) and still do not have a car. The car never even made it half way to my house and hes blaming me for it breaking down. A car engine doesnt just stop working which leads me to believe there was an issue with it that they failed to disclose to me. He was angry because I did not want to continue to do business with him and purchase another car on their lot. He had no problem offering me a different car but since I decided to go elsewhere hes now refusing me my money.

I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE CASH. SALESPERSON MO TOLD ME "THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON BECAUSE IT JUST NEEDED A CAMSHAFT POSITIONING SENSOR". HE ALSO HAD HIS MECHANIC COME OUT AND VERIFIED IT WAS "JUST A CAMSHAFT POSITIONING SENSOR... EASY FIX PART IS ABOUT $60... WE WOULD HAVE FIXED IT IF WE HAD THE ********* AFTER DRIVING THE VEHICLE HOME TO ***********, I TOOK IT INTO MY MECHANIC A LICENSED ******** BENZ REPAIR FACILITY AND ON MONDAY 10/2/23 AND WAS TOLD THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ACTUALLY ONM BECAUSE IT NEEDED A CAMSHAFT REPLACEMENT FOR THE AMOUNT OF $7,560!!! I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP ALL DAY FROM 1200PM THAT DAY UNTIL CLOSE AND KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND THAT MO WOULD CALL ME BACK BUT HE NEVER DID. THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED AGAIN AND GOT A PERSON ON THE ***** WHO IDENTIFED HIMSELF AS MO, I ASKED WHICH ** AND HE SAID IM JUST A SALEMAN. I TOLD THIS MO ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND HE TOLD ME "CALL BACK IN A FEW DAYS BECAUSE THE OTHER MO IS OUT WITH CORONA". I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE ****** HE REPLIED THE ***** DOESNT COME IN HERE, HES NEVER HERE. AFTER A FEW MORE MINUTES OR TALKING WITH THIS MO HE SAID "OK IM THE ***** MO, I JUST DONT LIKE PEOPLE KNOWING IM HERE... I DONT LIKE DEALING WITH THESE ISSUES.. I PAY PEOPLE $60,000 A MONTH TO DO THINGS LIKE THIS" SO EVEN AFTER TALKING TO THE ***** ******, HE REFUSED TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DECEITFUL SALES TACTICS OF HIS EMPLOYEES. HE TOLD ME HE HAS MONEY AND LAWYERS AND TO JUST GO GET MY OWN WARANTY THEN WAIT 2-3 MONTHS AND FILE A CLAIM. HE INSISTED THAT IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM SINCE THE *** WAS SOLD AS IS AND I SIGNED ALL THE NECESSARY FORMS AND WAIVERS IDEMNIFYING HIM OF ANY RESPONSIBILTY AND THAT THIS IS THE WAY HE HANDLES ALL OF HIS SALES. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST AND TOLD ME THE TRUE EXTENT OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE.

My husband spoke to the Finance person of this company (*****) over the phone. He told my husband that he could get me a better APR rate than I got approved of with my bank ***************** Chase of 7.4% APR. Because we were looking to trade in our car and my husband saw a 2013 Land Rover listed on Car Guru on behalf of DFW Auto. Since I have the good credit score we will use my credit report. I called this ***** and we spoke on the phone and he told me, to file an application online so he would know what APR i can be qualified for. As what I always tell every creditor when they pull up my credit I do not want numerous inquiry being done, this ***** told me they only do it one time. Everything seem to be going well, so when I called him again he asked to send my Driver's License, which I emailed right away and he told me that he will call me back that day which he never did. Just the same next day, I told my husband to call them and find out what's going on, because I work from 8am-5pm and I was busy that day. Nevertheless, my husband called and ***** informed me to be there at their Dealership by 5:30pm soon as i get off work. We went there at the Dealership, and when we got there, We showed them the car that we were trading in, a 2009 ***** Tahoe and they first quoted it for $2000, so my husband said that's too low and both parties agreed to $2500. After that we were going to look on the Land Rover but even before we were gonna do that I asked ***** what would be my APR rate. This is when the issue started and again, the scamming they were trying to pull. He told us that he has not send in my application yet and that we need to come back the next day, when the whole time I was talking to him on the phone he said to send him my Driver's License and he's working on it, Second scam they pulled was that they add $1000 on top of the loan amount and $350 for the service center and my husband and I were shocked! because these at all were never discussed when we were

I am rejecting this response because: We did not go to the dealership on Saturday.  We went there on a Thursday or Friday just soon as I got off work at 5pm.  Other than that, what was written on the reply are pretty much true I do not argue that, it stated there themselves that they need a commitment before he would run my credit and find out about the rate.  The fact that we were not able to commit yet then why would you already do a hard pull on my credit when I had to go after my husband when he walked away!!???
