      Ive attempted to make a purchase with the owner Gio for a 2012 *** 535i , I proceeded to leave a deposit with the consumer as he aloud me to take the car and make the remaining payments for remaining balance. I was unable to make the payments so I returned the car and as agreed to receive my full deposit back. I went to the establishment on the date 6/12/2022 to return car and owner proceeded to lock the vehicle in the yard and refused me a return of my deposit. Proceeded to take my documents (reciept) or better known as **** of sale while in office . Police were called and statement was given to myself for small claims court. The consumer began to be disrespectful to me and my pregnant wife and refused to give me my deposit. I left an deposit of $6200 in total and owed $2000 theyve robbed me of my deposit and I no longer have a vehicle as well.

      I bought a 2009 ****** Murano for $3000 from Skyline Motors on February 25,2022. The next day the check engine light came on, then a few days after that my belt system started messing up, and now yesterday on March 20,2022 my alternator went out. I called to get the issue resolved and the man was very uncooperative. Before purchasing the vehicle I specifically asked if there were any issues with the truck. He said no, their mechanic checked the car and it was good. So when I remind him of what he told me, he says well the alternator is a part and we didn't say nothing about anything going out. He does not want to help rectify the situation at all. I have a 3 year old son and we were stranded for over an hour last night! All I ask is to fix my truck or give me my money back.
