This company is a a total SCAM! I didn't finish my order on line and they sent me an order confirmation. I sent several emails to cancel this order to no avail. I tried calling the phone number on the bottle and no one answers. There is a recording that no one is available to take your call. They don't even list a street address on their bottle. I want to return the order but can't get a response as to how to return the order for a refund. There is suppose to be a 30 day guarantee. I am disputing the charge with my credit card and will probably have to cancel it so I don't get repeat charges.Review from Virginia G

SCAM!! Knockoff of the real ortexi and could have harmed my ears. Still trying to get my money back. No luck so far, returns impossible to navigate. Real ortexi rep said the ortexi drops from justified labs, as purchased on Amazon (Amazon not allowing returns on this product, Amazon said contact manufacturer which is impossible) is a "bad knockoff." Frustrating also called justified laboratories and can only leave vmail.No accountability for this snake oil sale!!Review from Lisa H

Ordered Keto gummies from them once and they signed me up for a subscription that tries to charge my credit card every month. I tried repeatedly to contact them about it with no answer. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to get them to stop charging. TOTAL SCAM! I would give them zero stars if I could.Review from Kevin F

If I didnt have to give them a star I would not this is the worst company Ive ever dealt with first they sent ** the wrong product then no one got back to me after I emailed them about 12 times they said when they did get back to me that they had a computer glitch so I put in for a return it was approved and they said they would send me a email with my return shipping label I never got it then they said that I had to pay the shipping myself I told him no they needed to send it to me like they said they were going to they still did not and I have not heard back from them at all no one wants to return emails and no one makes any sense at this company I would not recommend buying from them ************ by we purchased the extreme **** mg bottles and they sent us the regular **** mg bottles and my wife got sick when she took them so do not buy this productReview from David P

Offered if and quote not satisfied by any reason you may returned any item and then have to wait for authorization and then denied. Its a SCAM. Do not buy from a unreliable company.Review from Jeff W

This company is a complete scam. Firstly, their default purchase option is a subscription that will charge you $199.00 monthly for a supplement that you should only pay $30.00 for. Secondly they don't provide an order number with your purchase or a receipt, so you struggle trying to get any support to cancel the subscription. Do not purchase from this company, they need to be taken down!Review from Jim H

This company is a scam. I ordered weight lose gummies for my wife for 60 dollars and was charged ******. Trying to call them repeatedly but no one answers phone. I have canceled my debit cards to keep them from scaming additional charges unfortunately my ank says I cannot stop the current charges. Also when you try to chase down this company the money flows through a company called brain mx.Review from Pamela J

I thought I had ordered online 1 free bottle of Keto plus ACV gummies. I needed to order 2 other bottles. When I received the package, I realized that they sent me Lifetime Keto plus ACV gummies. I emailed them immediately! They gave me most of my money back because the charged me the full amount and they would send me a return authorization. They sent me an email that asked me to take a copy of the package and email it back. I did but hadnt heard back from them. Unfortunately right after that I broke my leg needed surgery and I forgot about it. I received a phone call from collector saying that I have to pay before they can cancel my subscription. I told them I wouldnt pay. Then they called again today. Same thing. What a scam!!
