Copy of Payment Issued to the Pro: I have attached the "Oct2023 Statement.pdf," which includes evidence of two separate payments.- The first check of $450 with Serial No: 108 and Transaction ID: ***********, cleared on 10/25/2023.- The second check of $500 with Serial No: 109 and Transaction ID: ***********, cleared on 10/30/2023. I want to emphasize that the total payment of $950 has already been made, which includes an additional $100 paid in good faith to cover alleged additional costs.3. This includes the following issues:a) Handle on 3rd Gate Missing: Despite acknowledging the need for this repair, Mr. ******************** continuously postponed the work and has now ceased communication.b) Latch on 2 Doors Missing: Similar to the issue with the missing handle, Mr. ******************** agreed to rectify this problem but has failed to follow through despite multiple reminders.c) Staining Not Done: Mr. ******************** had agreed to complete the staining work but has repeatedly delayed the project and is no longer responding to my attempts at communication.d) Leakage Problem: The product provided by Mr. ******************** is leaking from the top during rainfall. Despite knowing that I intended to store trash cans in the enclosure, Mr. ******************** designed it in such a way that the can covers are always open, leading to the leakage issue.
