Order made on 4/15/23 Order # ****** Patriot 10-in-1 Flashlight 1 4 Pack $99.00 My order still has not shipped. They claim shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks.I have tried multiple time writing to them but never once got a reply.$99.99 withdrawn from my bank account on 4/15/23.Initial Complaint

On October 2, 2020, I placed an order on supremecampinggear.com as a gift to be sent to my parents. It was a night light and an electric bug zapper racquet. I had purchased the same kind of bug zapper for myself just a month prior (8/26/20) and had received a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, an out-for-delivery notification, and the actual bug zapper without any issues for the order that was placed for myself. For the gift order, however, I had received nothing other than the order confirmation email (screenshot attached). When my parents told me that they had never received my gift, I checked my credit card to make sure I had actually been charged, sure enough the full charge had gone through on 10/3/20, the day after I had placed the order. I tried emailing them twice with many months in between to give them time to respond, but received no responses. I've been trying to find the time to email them again but realized that I'm wasting my effort and finally made the decision to file a complaint here instead. All I'm asking is for them to either ship the products that I ordered and paid for or to refund me. I've learned my lesson and will not be making any more purchases from this seller in the future.
