Due to character restraints of this form I have put the simple information here and attached a pdf and images explaining the complete issue. This is in regard to a complaint we have with Empire Construction & Restoration LLC, located at 107 Kingwood Drive, Krugerville, TX XXXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Email: *******************@gmail.com, web address: www.restorationbyempire.com. Owner: **** ***** Date we went into agreement 6/25/22 Paid $25.720 4 months since project was supposed to be complete yet we are still waiting on the trim we agreed upon to be installed. The business did not try to resolve the issue, first he refused to respond to text messages for months, then when messaged stating enough was enough he called to threaten us with physical harm. Then we made a trim 1/2 inch bigger than a standard trim and came to install it. My guys called me on-site and said customer doesn't like it. It's already bigger than a standard trim. Customer requests a 4" trim that doesn't exist. So I said we were doing this for free as that trim doesn't exist and we have been there 2 times now to resolve the issue. They want me make another custom trim that "doesn't exist" it would have to be when we get time.... Then they reach out to me getting aggressive. I then get on the phone with them to clear the air and get my general manager to get them taken care of next week. They continued arguing with me. Then the husband starts calling me names. So my "threats" were if you want to call me names and be immature come to my house and say it to my face. So as to where I threatened you I'm not following your point on that. After the husband continued calling me names etc I still tried to say let's get this done so we can move on. They then started hanging up on me and ignoring my calls.
