Our experience with Level 1 was not good. After the shower remodel we had brown water coming from the shower head for the first few seconds when we used hot water. We reported this problem to the person we dealt with from Level 1. He said some dirt probably got into the line and would wash out. We waited several months for this to happen, but it continued. We reported the problem to Level 1. They thought it was the water heater and we should have it drained. We had the water heater drained and flushed and all the water was clear but still brown coming from the shower. Level 1 continued to blame the water heater or anything else they could think of to keep from having to find the problem. After six(6) months we decided to complain to the Better Business Bureau. That is when they said they would find the problem. No complaint was filed. It was an iron pipe connection they had installed.We realize that sometimes things go wrong on a job, however we do not think the owner of Level 1 handled this problem in a professional way.

I as the owner made a judgment call based on our processes and procedures. Unfortunately I made a wrong decision on this one. The problem has been rectified and I have been assured by the homeowner that all work is satisfactory at this time and I have personally apologized to Mr. ********.Review from Jonathan C

These guys, Todd and his subs, just finished a superb job on our kitchen rebuild/remodel and flood damage from the Winter Storm. Patient, knowledgeable and good craftsmen, they did a great a job keeping us informed along every step of the way (through a group text, even with chronological pictures). And, very importantly, they coordinate to be within the budget. Their friendliness, professionalism, craftsmanship, and focus on customer satisfaction are all certainly the products of their Christian values. A colleague referred them to us, and we heartily refer Todd and his crew to anyone needing construction and contractor work. Thank you, again, guys!
