The company advertises free shipping, then goes and charges me, then says free refunds, then goes ahead and tells me I need to pay for return shipping, Then instead of just refunding the actual product I returned they ALSO disabled the digital content I purchased so I can't access it. Despite numerous emails and complaints they refuse to fix the situation and despite the lies and false advertising they refuse to own up to their own policies. You can't return something that wasn't requested or talked about, and you can't block someone from accessing their purchase. They say free shipping yet I paid an additional $120+ upon receiving it, which was never mentioned anywhere in the purchase confirmation or on their website. Also they advertise free refunds, however you need to pay for your shipping back to the company. The digital content I purchased I never asked for a refund on, and they never mentioned anything about it, however they have blocked me now from accessing it stating it's because I retuned the iron neck product. The only reason I retuned it here is because they wouldn't match their competitors price so I kept that one and wanted to keep the digital content I paid close to $70 for the digital content which they said I couldn't return on the screenshot I took yet they have blocked me out of it. I paid about $50 in return shipping, plus $120 in shipping to receive the item, but they then refund only $6 less and strip me of my digital training labs. Paid over $700 after shipping and return costs.
