      HVAC installation: 4/21/2022 HVAC broke: 6/5/2022 (*******). McCullough repair person (*******) told us we needed to call an electrician. We called an electrician and had to pay $677. Tune up: 1/11/2022 (*****). McCullough repair person (*****) told us we did not need to call an electrician and the first tech, *******, should have been able to fix the issue.1/20/23: I called and was told ***** (******** boss?) will speak with ******* and *****. Should hear back by end of day Tuesday, 1/24.1/27/23: I did not hear back by 1/24 and I called McCullough, again. They told me they would send another email to ***** and I should hear back by end of next week.1/30/23: **** (my husband) talked to *****, who had only talked to *******. ***** didn't know why ***** said we didn't need to call an electrician. **** emailed *************** ***** could review the notes and we never heard back.

      Buyer beware. I went with McCullough because they were local and their ads and personnel sold me. Paid 15k for a new system and these hacks couldnt even install it correctly (see photo), they choked the system and wont bother fixing it. They also broke my faucet and I had to pay for a plumber to fix. I cant get my house to 72 degrees and after a year I cant get them to come out for the one year maintenance thats included with a new install. Once they have your money they cut and run. I suggest going elsewhere.

      Hello *****, We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. Looking at your service history, your system was installed by us on November 2021. At the completion of your project, we performed an internal quality control inspection and a city inspection completed by ************* and everything passed. We have not heard from you until 10.3.2022 to schedule your complimentary inspection. We kindly got you on the schedule for November 2022 and notated your time preference on the appointment. At the day of your appointment ************** called you to let you know that he was on the way but you unfortunately would not be home therefore we would need to reschedule. Our office has been attempting to reach to you to reschedule your complimentary inspection but we have had no luck. Our phone calls are recorded to ensure customer satisfaction and we were completely unaware of your concern of your system not working to your satisfaction until you submitted this review. There was no mention of this in any of the conversations that was had with our office. However, we deeply care about our customers and stand by our work and we would like to make this right by you. If you could please contact us at ************ at your earliest convenience and we will get you back on the schedule as soon as possible to address all of your concerns. Thank you!
