My experience at Flight Safety has been vast and extensive. I have trained at Flight Safety for over thirty years. I have never experienced what Ive observed, and this has nothing to do with constructive critique and professional pilot teaching. Its a perfect example of abuse and abuse of capacity to show power. He said he was giving me a low score and was enquiring about getting **** another partner in training. He also said **** was doing more work than me at seventy-five percent of the time. I think it had to do with the *** programming, which I have forgotten because of other *** training. This was a tactic to separate **** and me, and I decided to make the problem known. If one expects more from a person, then one should know how to reach and enlighten the opportunity to educate, not to degrade. I noticed problems with this instructor initially and thought it might get better, not worse. Im at an age I recognize abusive behavior and will not tolerate such behavior. Its almost like your instructor is overworked and taking it out on the student client in teaching. I try to reach out to enhance an opportunity to teach, not to degrade one performance. Ill use his exact words; I cant put a weak captain at **** because he may fly with a vulnerable first officer. I believe this is true, but it is very subjective and not accurate in my case. The few times in the simulator, there were bottoms pushed or simulator behavior that couldnt be explained but was focused on me at fault, but Im not sure about that hypothesis. I dont choose to get caught up in Flight Safety's inability to create success in any organization. Unfortunately, Flight Safety couldnt turn someone with my background into a trained on equipment success.
