They let my roomate out of the lease without notifying me and have not been cooperative in the slightest nor fair nor do I think what they did was legal. I am now in a 3 bedroom apartment and have to pay $2,000 in rent per month + fees without the help of my roomate who is off the lease now. They said they cant allow me to leave the lease. And now Im stuck trying to find solutions that will cost me so much more moneyInitial Complaint

Despite notifying the landlord multiple times over the course of a twelve-month lease, they have consistently ignored requests to address the animal infestation in my ceiling. This ongoing neglect has resulted in the loss of the lease, attributable to the landlord's inadequate handling of maintenance procedures. I am writing in response to a complaint filed by *************************** in apartment #**** against Falconhead Apartments.
Trivest ****** *********** assumed management of Falconhead Apartments on March 12, 2024. On March 18th, ******************** brought the racoon issue to my attention and delivered a notice requesting that the attic in his building be cleaned within 7 days.
We immediately procured bids and contracted Critter Control to complete the work. The entire attic of Mr. ********* building,building four, was cleaned on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
