I contacted the business to repair my refrigerator/freezer.i June/July of this year. ******** arrived and took the freezer drawer out or the refrigerator. I paid him and he returned with new parts which he installed. He continued to check things and determined that "panel" was defective. He told me the cost would $402. I wrote him a check for the amount. He stated he would return on Thursday of the same week. He did not return. He cashed my check but I heard nothing from him. After about week or 10 days, I got a text message saying that 'THEY' had a family emergency and they would be in touch as soon as possible. After waiting 2-3 weeks, I tried to contact the company by phone. None of my many calls were returned. Recently, I dispatched a letter to them at their business address. There has been no contact. I have exhausted my remedies except for civil/criminal actions, which I are possibilities, but I would rather get the control panel installed and my refrigerator put back together.I think that this company should cover any expenses that I experience putting my refrigerator back together.
