      On March 2, 2024 we bought a washer dryer set from Axis. We were told by the sales associate that w head a one year warranty on both items. He mentioned the agitator was broken. He said it fell out of the truck when they were unloading it but that they would come to our house to ***air it. He even called and set up the ***air service for us the following friday. On 3/8/2024 the ***air man came to our house that Axis supplied. The gentleman said that this washer was bought over a tease ago and the warranty was expired. He mentioned that there was missing parts, broken feet and would cost $600 to ***air it. He said even then he didnt know if it would ever work. We called the warranty number and the journey began. We sent in the claim and were told we would have a manager calling us soon. 33 phone calls late and a dispute with my credit card company, nothing has still been done. The merchant told my credit card they would reach out to resolve and they have not. Please see all the notes below. I cannot get a hold of anyone. The store is a scam!!!!! You cant reach a manager and even the sales *** cant reach one. He has to use a Group Me. Can you please help us? We had to buy another washer/dryer and now are out more money for our family. We just want this resolved. We do not trust and do not want store credit as they are beyond difficult to work with. This has caused great emotional and financial distress to us.

      ************* scam, broken appliances.Multiple complaints. Same scam. BBB - 5/5 all negative complaints.Yelp - 10/10 all complaints. Over 100 listings on OfferUp.Will not admit to posting ads, says someone unknown is posting therefore will not honor the low price. Sells broken appliances and will not honor warranty. Will not return calls. Phone number changes frequently trying to get customers in the door. Owner shows to be ************************************** 88 years old.Other businesses include:A ****** Properties ******* Investing ********************** *********************, **** ***************************** ******** Services His son **************************** died, was chiropractor. The ******** is possible new owner, same name. Associated with same businesses.Numbers and addresses are all in attached photos as well as one example of many listings. Complaints show that some people have driven from far away and told the same lie. Some have paid $2,000 or more for broken appliances with no chance of recovering their loss.

      Selling electronics that do not work. When asked if products work they lied and said yes that they just checked them. when i got home and plugged in tv it does not work and refusing to give refund

      This company sold us a refurbished refrigerator for over $2,000 that was guaranteed to work and had a 1 year guarantee. We got it home, plugged it in and it NEVER cooled. When you call for help, it goes to a full voicemail box. When I went in person to resolve, the guy at the front desk said he was just covering someones shift. He took my information for someone to call me and they never did. They have completely ghosted me and left me with a $2000 plus fridge that doesnt work AT ALL.

      We purchased a ******* smart side by side refrigerator for $1465 in early August of 2021 and it had a little dent on the front. We bought it for our new house in ******* so we didn't plug it in until we finally closed on October 8,2021. When we attempted to connect it to our water system the floor was flooded with water. When we checked the front of the fridge a tiny hose was exposed on the bottom. We called the warranty number that they to have it rectified. We've been going back and forth with them since then. ******* came out and said that because there's a dent it won't be fixed. Called back the warranty company, they said the owner said he's throwing out the case because we moved the appliance from the original address that we have on file. Nothing that we said after that will make them fix it. They said that they threw out our case!! We are very disappointed and angry that we spent so much money for an appliance that doesn't work. And yes, the freezer works like a fridge at times and the fridge freezes over.
