DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMBA!!! AMBA is associated with ****************** operating fraudulently in my opinion or at least verging on malpractice. They would rather see me lose my teeth and pay for the extraction, then to take the less expensive and logical route of the preventive care to help save them. Their customer care team is useless!! Teachers beware- they do not have your best interest at hand- they just want your money in their hand!!!!

AMBA is running a scam but few have awakened to it. They lose checks in the mail that are never cashed, their 'website' is always unergoing 'maintenance' or results in consistent 'error pages'. They do not answer the phone, telling you on their 'message' to call back when they're less busy (which is never). After decades of doing business with **** (who evidently SOLD all their insurance policies to this substandard/embezzling outfit) I have cancelled our policy with them. They have NOT sent mail confirmation of this, and they owe us prorated portion of our auto drafted quarter sum. I had to stop payment from our bank to end their quarterly ACH which they will not acknowledge. I do NOT understand how MOAA defrauded their members to badly and while MOAA touts their lobbying effort for PACT and Tricare beneficiaries, they permit this underfunctioning and poorly staffed, non-functioning group to torment and surrepticiously steal from MOAA members. Something is horribly wrong at MOAA via AMBA and they need their chains yanked right now, hard.

After experiencing poor service and being ignored, I requested for a cancellation of my policy on 4/26/2023 and later got written confirmation that I would receive a refund in a few weeks. It has been a little over a month so I called their customer line to check the status. One of the staff that picked up said it never went through and wasnt processed AT ALL, but that he would work on it and said to follow up with him in a day or so.I dont know what is happening over there but I feel like I am getting mislead and thrown around. Nobody wants to take accountability and all of them like to give vague answers. It is a disgusting pattern I am noticing with a few of their employees. What they are doing is wrong, considered unfair business practices, and borderline predatory. They are destroying my trust in their business as we speak, but I hope the guy who said he would work on this pulls through for me and changes this course.I never thought that AMBA would behave this grotesquely and unethically towards their consumer base and affiliate members, but I was wrong. This is not an honest company. I feel cheated and lied to.

Please do not do business with AMBA. I have been trying to get off their mailing lists for three years because it costs me for mail pick up. As of last week, they are still mailing me. They do not respect elderly or retired people. The people are nice, but the mail keeps coming. Please someone, help me.

KARSP offers Dental and Vision with this ***** based company. I held various positions in a local school district (Substitute ************************ I left unvested due to cancer and got SSDI. People who get SSDI get paid bout the 3rd of each month and not on the 1st or 2nd of each month as when most Social Security checks are deposited. I was interested in the AMBA Dental plan as it sounded like what would work for me. When i called, I was shocked to learn 2 things:1. They want to do an automatic withdrawal from the customer's account on the 2nd of each month.2. They will only do auto withdrawals and won't let a person call in a payment. So, this bothered me. I had explained that I do not do automatic withdrawals with any company accessing my account. I could not make payments on the 2nd of each month as that is not when i get paid. They told me they are not flexible. After reading many negative reviews, I am glad that I did not allow that company to siphon money from my account. I don't understand why seniors always have to be targeted by companies and individuals who want to take advantage of them. That is not right. Seniors have worked hard and put in their time. Not all seniors are wealthy and can afford to be mistreated and taken advantage of. they should not get any stars for their inflexible ways of operating their business with seniors.
