Can I give negative stars? This would be minus several. The BBB system is forcing me to give at least one.This business is terrible, and I would discourage anyone from trying to deal with them. They are heavily advertising products through Specials by Restaurant.com. The deal is to buy a discount code, then place the order through the FitGenix site and pay them for the postage. The products looked good, and the prices were extremely reasonable, but the hassle has certainly not been worth it.I placed an order in October for two items I wanted for a November event. I was told the order would be delivered several days later. I finally received one of the items a month after the original order had been placed. I immediately began asking for the second item, which was not received with the order, and I've been trying to get it ever since. I did not receive any response until after I had complained several times to BOTH FitGenix and Restaurant.com and threatened to dispute my credit card charges. Finally, I was told that the second item I ordered would be sent. I've been asking for the second item to be sent for nearly two months. I've finally given up and demanded that my money be refunded. My original order was placed more than three months ago.My displeasure will certainly be no surprise to the company - I told them I would be posting about my negative experience with them. The frustration and aggravation - and disappointment in not getting the birthday gifts I ordered from them - have not been worth it at all. Please don't patronize this business.
