I had Patriot do the install on my **** Transit a ************** My van is a tall roof with a hardshell tent mounted to the roof, so the Patriot knew they couldn't do the job with their indoor lift. But they assured me that they can do it outside but it will take a bit longer, which is fine.After getting the van back and briefly doing a walk around, I thought they did a good job. But after driving a bit, I heard a rattling sound when hitting a big bump. I bought this camper van brand new, picked it up in ***********, drove it back to ****** and there was no rattling for any kind. So after looking closer, I found that the rear cross bars was missing a bolt on each side and the passenger side was loose enough that it would vibrate against the underbody from a bump. Then after look around more, I found the molding by the rear passenger side wheel was a bit broken and was being held together by zip ties. Looking underneath the van, I saw that the metal was bent and damaged. The zip ties were used to hide the damage.I took it back to Patriot to address the vibration and show ****** the damage. ****** saw the frame damage, and he was at first very apologetic and verbally promised to take care of it. He took a field pictures and insisted that the zip ties used for hide the damage didn't match any of the zip ties he had in stock, but he verbally assured me to get his insurance involved.But after over week of silence, I reached out to him again, but this time he said he is ****% sure his shop did not do the damage and asked to see the pictures of van when I picked it up, which clearly shows no signs of damage. He has been silent ever since.
