1 starUseless customer service, attempted to use my $1700 service contract in the ******************* area and asked for a list of service centers, they have no list? I then asked for anyone they have hired before for paintless dent removal (PDR) and windshield chips; crickets. They want me to have work done wherever I want, pay the bill, then submit proof for reimbursement. I would rather get a refund, spend a fraction of that for work, and pocket the rest. 1 starThis is more like purchasing a coupon book. I had a dent from a door ding, they would only cover $90. The repair was $300. I'm guessing they will do the same with any other claim they have listed that should be covered. Zero deductable, LOL - This is not a warranty, it is a discount.Review fromJon B

5 starsI had to file a claim with RoadVantage on behalf of one of my customers. They were easy to work with and very informative with the process. I had to make a modification to the claim as the original repair was not the only thing needed, and with proper documentation they approved for the second repair needed for my customer.Review fromJason B

3 starsI went to the dealership for an oil change they found a nail in my rear tire I'm like cool I have roadvantage two hours later still waiting at the shop and the delay was waiting for repair approval??? 1 starBEWARE! This is a scam policy that is Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable. On 8/12/23 I purchased a vehicle that included this "Warranty". Due to a front end collision, the insurance company declared the vehicle totaled 9/11/2023. The policy has only been issued 30 days and will not be used yet I am being denied a policy refund. The selling dealer stated I would not be able to file any claims with this supposed "Warranty" until a full 30 days had lapsed. This is a $900 loss.Review fromJoe D

5 starsPurchased 6 year 60k mile Elite warranty for $4400 for a 2018 Porsche Panamera 4S with 13k miles through the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. Apparently, the vehicle has to be under factory warranty and pass an inspection by the dealer whom they have a contract with in order for the vehicle to qualify for coverage. You can't buy a RoadVantage warranty direct. You also are required to follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and cannot modify the car. I believe these restrictions enables them to offer great coverage at a reasonable price. The warranty covers everything except items clearly listed. They cover airstruts, shocks bushings, front end all electrical, etc etc! They only list a few things like rotors, brakepads, exhaust, rust, parts damaged by external forces like a MV accident as not being covered. No ambiguity like many other warranty companies. My mechanic flied a claim for a leaky AC bushing and subsequent AC recharge. RoadVantage approved the work and paid the claim within 2 hours. My independent Eurocar mechanic couldn't believe how professional they were! He billed RoadVantage $600. They refused! They said that was too little!!! RoadVantage paid my mechanic $1200!! They said they have to follow their pay schedule which is apparently at a dealer rate!! They have been nothing but responsive and professional every single time I called! There was discrepancy regarding the clutches in my car's PDK automatic transmission being covered. I brought it to the supervisor's attention that I was being given conflicting information and he graciously ammended my contract to clearly reflect that my PDK transmission would be covered in it's entirety!!! Can't believe companies like this exist in America especially since the last 2 years! My mechanic wants to do business with RoadVantage and do I. If those service keeps up, I will make sure to buy my next pre-owned vehicle from a dealer that offers RoadVantage warranties!!!!
