    I have been waiting on my claims adjustment for a month. They have my car and have not sent a payment. The adjuster, *******************************, has given me the runaround. She won't return my calls or emails. Today I finally reached her, she got an attitude and hung up the phone. I don't know what is happening and they still have my car.

    Bottom Line: Initially a good experience, that went downhill when I tried to cancel the policy.We used The Zebra to help our son find an affordable car insurance policy. The first 6 months were fine, and we renewed for another 6 months.We then got a new used car for my son, and we found that GEICO was cheaper for the policy. It took 5 phone calls and 6 emails to cancel the policy. It took several more emails to get a refund check mailed to us (which they have sent to the wrong address).**************** hold times on the phone to get a policy are short -- just a few minutes. **************** hold times to modify, change, or cancel a policy are literally over an hour. Several times while sitting on hold our call was disconnected. It was only when we blasted them with emails and faxes that they finally cancelled the policy -- although as I indicated they didn't follow instructions and sent the refund to the wrong address.Buyer beware -- service after the sale doesn't exist.Also note that on The Zebra's website they claim a BBB average review of 4. Their current average review score is 2.92. That seems to me to be dishonest and deceptive.
