? I want this p I have used this shop for a couple of years now called *************************** on S. 1st street as the owner used to be married to a friend of my daughter. Since he has been single he has sexually propositioned me on two separate occasions. Because of this I stopped going there and last time I needed mechanic work done I found a nice woman on a ************** that came and replaced my plugs and coils for me at my home. But my starter recently went out and I haven't been able to get in touch with that person. I felt I had no choice but to go back to my original mechanic because he lets me make payments and I live on limited income. When I had my car towed to his shop he showed me a car he had for sale and I decided to purchase it and try and sell my other one. I specifically told him not to do any work or diagnostics on my car since I had no money left after buying the other one. I told him when I had more money I would have him replace my starter and try and sell it. He told me to have it towed within 4 days because he had no room to store it there and I said ok. The back door of the car I bought from him had some ugly holes in it and he said he would get another one from a junkyard and replace it. He charged me an extra two hundred dollars for that. When I went yesterday to pick up the car I bought from him and tell him I was trying to arrange a tow for my other car he said ok that was fine. When I was leaving his ex was there and I hadn't seen her in a long time so I chatted with her a bit and ended up telling her about the sexual harassment. She wanted to confront him immediately but I begged her not to say anything until after I got my car towed from his lot and she said ok she would wait until next week. But she ended up not waiting and they argued about it after I left and he called me right away cursing me out so I hung up on him. He was texting me rude messages throughout the day while I was out doing errands with a friend. He told me before I could get my car back he wanted $175 for a diagnostic fee and if I didn't bring it before closing time he would have my car towed away. I told him he hadn't even looked at my car or done anything to it so I should not owe any money. He said that the beauty of owning his own business is that he can do anything he wants to do. My friend said just give him the money, get my car and be done with it since I can't afford an attorney. I asked her to go give him the money for me and get the key and receipt because I was afraid of him so she did while I waited nearby because the tow truck was on the way that she called for me through her AAA membership. She called me and said the tow truck was almost there but they wanted me to make sure the emergency brake was off, the car was unlocked and could be put in neutral since it couldn't be started up. So I went over there to do all that and I saw that he had moved my car back up against the fence and put several huge dents on my hood and broken off my drivers side mirror. I started crying and taking pictures with my phone and called 911 to ask for police to come see it. They said they could only take my report but not come out because it would be a civil matter and I would need to take him to court if I wanted to be awarded damages. When the tow driver came and saw me crying he asked what happened and I told him and showed him the damages. He pointed out that there were shoe prints on my hood which I hadn't noticed before so we took a close up picture of it which isn't too great because of the dust and the glare. I thought the police could look at it and compare it to his shoes but they said they don't do that. So now not only am I out the extra money he extorted from me but now even when I get the starter replaced I don't know if anyone will want to buy it because of the ugly dents and broken mirror that I have no idea how to replace or repair nor the money to do it. The car isn't even worth too much but I was hoping to get get a little something for it to help me out financially. So the point of this post is to let you know that the owner and mechanic of this place is ***************************** and even though he does good work you want to be leery of him because obviously if you make him angry he will do bad things to you or your vehicle. :'( ??
