In January 2023 Amberger Automotive replaced my 2007 Yukons bcm and starter. **** sent me a picture via text of the bcm he was going to purchase and let me know that he was going to give me a lifetime warranty, which he has done to all of the previous services for my vehicles. Upon picking up my vehicle before leaving I mentioned that the cluster and many other electrical components were not functioning. He replied that I brought my car to him running, and he got it running that everything else was electrical issues. February 22 of 2024 I took my vehicle to ********* services because another mechanic told me my *** wasnt programmed. ****** ************ notified me yesterday that the *** in my truck is for a 2007 ***** Impala. The lady at the front desk called OReillys, the place where **** claimed he bought the part, to find out that there was no history of him ever purchasing that part. I have tried to reach out to **** about a resolution, but he refuses to respond to me.
