On Monday May 20th i went in to the ***************** Lambs to get a state inspection with my car. I got my inspection and they said I needed new windsheild wipers to pass so I agreed to get that fixed. They then informed me of additional work that needs to be done on my car SOON not immediately. I said ** and then the employee said it would take an hour and a half to complete and I clarified thats for wipers and replacing the brake fluid ( one of the things recommended to be done soon) and then the employee showed me a quote which looked to be about $350 so I assumed that included the brake pads being replaced too (recommended but had no words of consent to do) I decided it needed to be done anyways and I was going to let it be and just have it done. When I came back 3 hours later, with no additional phone calls or updates, I was told it was completed I was rung up for $725 worth of work done on my car after they applied a teacher discount. I was speechless and didnt even know what to say, the employee kept reminding me that he took $50 off my already surprisingly large bill. I was in no place financially to have this work done and wouldve never agreed for it to be completed if I was aware of the price. I came in for a $15 inspection and ended up leaving with $727 of non-immediate work done on my car. I would like a refund for the amount of work I did not agree upon.Business response

Our district manager for Lamb's Tire & Automotive #**** has contacted this customer and has offered a partial refund. The customer has accepted, and the partial refund is currently processing in the amount of $264.10.
