I paid a deposit of $125.00 to this company on march 06, 2024. They said they would pick up my car on Saturday of the same week and deliver it. They stated that the cost would be $525, on monday of the following week i got a call from them claiming the cost is an additional $200 I told them no because that was not the agreement . They in return stole my deposit would not give me back my money nor honor the initial agreement ... i just want my deposit back ... these are not the type of people i want to do business with

The arrangement in question was orchestrated with utmost sincerity by our sales team, aiming to facilitate the transportation of your vehicle at the most financially advantageous rate attainable. Regrettably, subsequent investigations revealed your engagement with multiple other entities for identical shipment purposes. These competing entities were found to be tendering higher bids for the transport of your vehicle via the ************************* thereby impeding our ability to secure a carrier at the optimal cost. Despite diligent efforts to elucidate the circumstances, cooperation on your part remained constrained.
Should you contemplate entrusting us with the transportation of your vehicle in future endeavors, we extend a gesture of goodwill by affording you the opportunity to allocate your deposit towards the transportation expenses of an alternate vehicle. However, it is incumbent upon us to apprise you that, pursuant to the terms outlined in our publicly accessible Terms and Conditions, the deposit remains non-refundable.
