This company deserves ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS.They quoted me 1200 to transport my car from pt A to pt B. they waited last minute just to increase my price from 1200 to 1600. When i told them that i could not do it, they have decided to be wicked and apparently increased the rate so other companies will NOT be able to bid a lower price on my behalf. I called and spoke to 4 individuals who assured me that they will removed my car info from their system. just for me to wake up the next morning knowing that they have not done so. I have only one week left to my destination at this point, i dont know what at this point. Please if you love your life, peace of mind. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE, THEY ARE LIARS, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. MOST OF ALL THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO STEAL FROM YOU. AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE.Review from Mary S

STAY AWAY from this unscrupulous business. I contracted with them to transport a vehicle for a set price. Pick up dates were set between 1/3 to 1/5. I received multiple assurances that the price was set and inclusive and received confirmation of the terms a week in advance. On 1/3 the company calls and says their driver will only do it for $500 above the agreed price. However, **** would be willing to cover $100 of the new price. Laughable! I am told to take it or leave it. UNBELIEVABLE attempt to extort more money.When I express my dissatisfaction, the employee only has a flippant response, with no obvious care. This business has no right to being accredited with a good rating. Research them carefully and you will find other identical complaints with other customers. I recently had phenomenal experience with Flix Auto Transport shipping my car from **** down to *******. They gave me a really good price and didn't change it later on, as other companies often do. My car was delivered 6 days later in a pristine condition. Their whole team was super friend and they are always available, such a pleasant experience, I gotta say.Review from Shlonda C

Im ***************************** and I Had a very awesome experience with the delivery of my vehicle ***********, ******* to ******** ****************** was very professional and courteous, and the driver that delivered. The car was also courteous and very professional I would recommend. Flix Auto Transport and would also use them for future services. They deserve more than five stars.Review from Brendan B

I have used many auto transport companies in my life and I regret not finding flix sooner! This is the easiest company to work with, streamlined service, they actually remember your name, and somebody always answers the phone. When they say they will get it done, they mean it. Other companies quote one thing and call back later, mostly last minute with a much higher pricenot with flix. They even get me same day delivery from states away, for the same price! ****** is my favorite rep at flix. She is always super friendly and extremely helpful. Its like calling a friend, not a business. She asks a few questions, and poof! The car is in my driveway! She even dealt with the sellers for me when a problem arose with the pickup and made it go away! Hands down, 100%, use flix auto transport, everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful, but my favorite and the only me who has gone above and beyond for me thus far has been *****************. Ive used tens of companies in the past, and Im not one to leave reviews, but if you want the best service at the best price, you have to call flix.Review from Maria M

I had good experience using Flix Auto Transport to ship my car from ****** to *******. ****, my agent, went above and beyond to detail not only how the process would work he remained available to answer questions throughout. Shipping a vehicle cross country is a foreboding task, but thanks to **** and **** AT I had a good experience and my car arrrived when and as expected. Hopefully I don't need to ship a car again anytime soon, I will call you guys.
