I bought the lifetime battery replacement for my *********************** pink watch and *********************** blue watch for $25 each. And, they have these 2 watches in their system. The problem is that they entered the wrong battery # in the system for these watches. So, when I brought my *********************** blue watch and pink watch in today to get the battery replaced, they refused. I explained this to *****, the assistant manager at the *********** location in ******, **, but he would not listen to me. If you are not going to replace the batteries for the *********************** blue watch and the *********************** pink watch, please refund the $50 I paid to get a lifetime watch battery replacement for these watches.Customer response
