I ordered a product. The product was not delivered. I contacted the seller numerous times. They claim the package was mailed. The last post office tracking request had it at NRH post office on March 23 2024. I went there. They claimed it was returned to sender. I've since contacted the seller numerous more times. All they send me is automated responses telling me how to track my package. When I use the **** tracking link it gives me the same answer. The last record it has is March 23, 2024 NRH post office, returned to sender. The seller contacted me once by phone and left a message telling me to go to that post office. I went. They said returned to sender. I've sent numerous more requests, met by automated responses. My credit card has been charged and I have nothing in return.Business response

This has been resolved. I spoke with the customer. He gave great feedback. He is pleased.
Recap Summary:
He got his reshipment of his order. He didn't enter the apt number for his place and the first package did not arrive.
Our team did reship these items for him.
WE did have communications with him and I've attached the screenshots of the emails for you to see.
I apologized and did tell him we do not have a call center, but do have email support. Our system sends out an automated email that we got his request and tries to answer if possible. Then it gets escalated to an agent to support his request. He did admit that he wrote in several times and thus got frustrated with each automated response sent to him.
We will share his feedback to our internal team to improve the process. Let us know if you need any further help.

I placed an online order with the above company mentioned on 12/30/2023. I received the items but was unsatisfied with the product N.O. H36353834**3335**31H Oxide ***** (my order # ********) so I shipped it back to H3431363538**3636****H ************************************************************** via **** on 01/23/2024. On February 8, 2024 I contracted the company via Emal due to their contact phone number didn**;t allow me to speak to a live person.Business response

This has been resolved and refunded.

Our apologies, we have never gotten these complaints and notices before. We found them in my spam box and addressing.
We did connect with customer and issued refund. She apologized for "over reacting" by sending in a complaint to you. She was kind and we showed gratitude to her.
Trying to improve always and listened to her feedback. WE have a new system and she got caught in the back end. We have improved this. Thank you.
