I feel that W3ll People falsely advertises their products to perform better than they do. The products do not live up tot the online descriptions and there is no exchange/refund policy available like other more reputable brands offer. I made a first order of several of their products through their website and was very disappointed by how the quality and performance lived up to the way they were marketed. Here is my list of issues:-the only form of contact is a support email that takes days to get a response from -the superpowder appeared to have already been opened upon arrival and re-boxed, as the sealing tape was not actually sealing the powder and the there was loose powder upon opening -the volumizing mascara is thin and does not volumize -the lip butter doesn't even match the color on it's own box and goes on unevenly creating a strange uneven color -the dew your makeup mist stings the skin -the makeup brush is scratchy -the "violet" palette is pretty much just browns with very little detectible violet tones The fact that W3ll People's products fall so short of how they are described coupled with a non existent exchange/return policy for most of their line indicates a lack of responsibility where misrepresentation is concerned. Their products are advertised as quality when in fact they are heavily marked up, low grade cosmetics. I gave this brand a chance because clean image and the mission statement to do good. I buy from many companies that stand behind their products and earn my loyalty by doing so. When it comes to Well People, I just feel cheated.
